SolarGrid is a Netherlands based investment group focusing on investing in renewable energy projects. Together with local developers and own development teams, renewable energy projects are realized, mainly in photovoltaics (solar PV) systems.
SolarGrid is organised as a joint venture between Switch Energy and Lakeside Capital Partners with its headquarters in Rotterdam (the Netherlands). SolarGrid is registered in the Netherlands as a limited liability corporation (B.V.) but has various legal entities operating as Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV’s) for specific investments.
With its international business orientation, SolarGrid primarily conducts its operations in Western Europe, with a special focus on the Netherlands.
